Mar 14, 2013
No. 54, 2013 (Del. Mar. 14, 2013)

Opinion

No. 54, 2013

03-14-2013

DANIEL PASKINS, Defendant, Appellant, v. STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff, Appellee.

Court—Superior Court

of the State of Delaware,

in and for Sussex County

Cr. ID 88S01362DI

ORDER

This 14th day of March 2013, it appears to the Court that, on February 26, 2013, the Clerk issued a notice to appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for his failure to pay the Supreme Court filing fee or, alternatively, to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.

BY THE COURT:

Henry duPont Ridgely

Justice
