On August 1, 2023, docket entry 30, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties believe that all procedural matters have been resolved, yet the parties have not reached an agreement in this case.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 31, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report, to include an update to the Court as to the determination in regard to the pending Form 8857, Request for Innocent Spouse Relief, with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
