In Re: Brandy Deshay Waits, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 2013-12121 c/w 2014-11342.

BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. Considering the application of Brandy Deshay Waits, we vacate the order that denied her application for in forma pauperis status. We remand the matter to the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing within 30 days of the date of this action to determine whether circumstances have changed. See City Stores Co. v. Petersen, 268 So.2d 662, 663 (La. 1972) and T & S Feed Co., Inc. v. Meaux, 339 So.2d 421, 423 (La. App. 1 Cir. 9/20/76).

Further, Brandy Deshay Waits is to be allowed to file and prosecute and defend on all pleadings and matters filed or pending on May 8, 2014 without first paying costs.
