The Court received and filed the hearing record as requested in its order dated June 28, 2023. The trial court found that Appellant's counsel requested the remaining portion of the reporter's record. Therefore, the appeal is REINSTATED.
Further, the Court GRANTS David Laurel's request for more time to file the remaining portion of the record. The Court ORDERS the remaining portion of the reporter's record to be filed by August 7, 2023.
