This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On November 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 7). By Order served November 22, 2022, the case was stricken from the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On April 14, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 11). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
