Opinion

Case No. 1D00-1978.

June 29, 2001.

An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims. Gail A. Adams, Judge.

Kevin S. Murphy and Thomas A. Moore of Moore Peterson, P.A., Orlando, for Appellants.

Alfred J. Hilado of Wieland, Hilado Kelley, Orlando, and Bill McCabe of Shepherd, McCabe Cooley, Longwood, for Appellee.

In this workers' compensation case, we strike, as premature, those portions of the order of the Judge of Compensation Claims providing for treatment if deemed reasonable and medically necessary. See Gulf Life Ins. Co. v. Gennell, 666 So.2d 1017, 1018 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996). We affirm the remaining issues on appeal. Accordingly, the order on appeal is AFFIRMED as amended herein.

ERVIN, KAHN, and POLSTON, JJ., concur.
