Summary Calendar Petition for Review of Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals
BIA No. A201 066 848 Before WIENER, HAYNES, and COSTA, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:
Pursuant to 5TH CIR. R. 47.5, the court has determined that this opinion should not be published and is not precedent except under the limited circumstances set forth in 5TH CIR. R. 47.5.4. --------
Petitioner Fabian Rico Olvera seeks review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying his motion to reopen his removal proceedings. We have reviewed the briefs, the record, and the applicable law and find no abuse of discretion. See Yanez-Pena v. Barr, 952 F.3d 239, 241 (5th Cir. 2020), petition for cert. filed, (U.S. Apr. 10, 2020) (No. 19-1208) (holding that "(1) the information statutorily required to be contained in an NTA may be supplied in more than one document, and (2) an NTA is perfected, and the stop-time rule is triggered, when the alien receives all required information, whether in one document or more"). The petition for review is DENIED.
