The court has received the Notice of Related Cases filed February 1, 2001 concerning the above-captioned cases. See Local Rule 83-123, E.D. Cal. The court has determined that it is inappropriate to relate and reassign Civil No. S-00-1939 GEB JFM PS to Civil No. S-00-359 FCD GGH PS, Civil No. S-00-499 FCD GGH PS, and Civil No. S-00-998 FCD GGH PS, and it therefore declines to do so.
