ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Upon review of the Supplemental Memoranda filed on April 9, 2002 by Intervenor-Respondent-Appellant Inter Island Environmental Services, Inc. (Inter Island) and Petitioner-Appellee Okada Trucking Co., Ltd. (Okada Trucking), it appears that Okada Trucking has already completed performance of its contract with Respondent-Appellee Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu to construct and install the Kaluanui Booster Station, Phase II and that the remedies sought by Inter Island when it sought judicial relief can no longer be provided.
Since this court can no longer provide effective relief to Inter Island, this appeal is moot and we hereby order the appeal dismissed. City Bank v. Saje Ventures II, 7 Haw. App. 130, 134, 748 P.2d 812, 815 (1988). See also McCabe Hamilton Renny Co. v. Chung, ___ Hawai`i ___, ___, 43 P.3d 244, ___ (App. 2002).
