ORDER

PER CURIAM :

AND NOW, this 30th day of January, 2013, a Rule having been issued upon David J. Murphy by this Court on September 5, 2012, to show cause why he should not be disbarred and, upon consideration of the response filed by Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the Rule is made absolute and it is hereby

ORDERED that David J. Murphy is disbarred from the Bar of this Commonwealth retroactive to March 24, 2011, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall pay costs to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 208(g), Pa.R.D.E.
