SCHEDULING ORDER

Defendant Michigan State University ("MSU") served on plaintiff a Motion to Dismiss on or about March 25, 2002.

Plaintiff acknowledged the arguments raised in this motion in his opposition brief of May 23, 2002. MSU's motion, however, was not properly filed with the Court, and therefore was not considered in the Court's Opinion of August 21, 2002.

MSU has now filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Motion for Dismissal, as modified, and/or for Correction of the Opinion and Order. As this motion raises arguments which plaintiff has not had the opportunity to address, it is hereby ORDERED that any opposition to MSU's motion shall be filed by October 18, 2002. Any reply shall be served by October 25, 2002.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that when filing any papers with the Court, the parties shall provide one courtesy copy to Chambers by sending it to this Court's Pro Se Office, Room 230, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007.

SO ORDERED
