ORDER

JULIE COUNTISS, JUDGE

Nicholas Mensch, on behalf of the Harris County Public Defender's Office, has filed a motion to withdraw, requesting that the Court allow himself, Scott Pope, and the Harris County Public Defender's Office to withdraw as appellate counsel for appellant, Christopher Odeku. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5. In his motion, Mensch states that appellant has retained counsel Stephen Aslett to represent appellant on appeal. In addition, Aslett has filed a motion to substitute, requesting that he be substituted as counsel for appellant on appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(d). The motion is signed by appellant.

We grant both motions. The Clerk of this Court is directed to note withdrawal of Nicholas Mensch, Scott Pope, and the Harris County Public Defender's Office as counsel for appellant and the substitution of Stephen Aslett as counsel for appellant on the docket of this Court.
