This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on petitioners' motion for continuance, filed March 2, 2024. The motion was called for hearing on April 23, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar during the Los Angeles, California, trial session that started in that city the day before. Counsel for the parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
