This case was stricken from the Court's Jacksonville, Florida trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 27, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties are working together to gather and review documents related to petitioner Michael G. Normal's 2018 tax year. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2023, and every 60 days thereafter, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
