Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and referred to Hon. William L. Tierney, Jr., state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motions for an order to conform the judgment file to the judgment and to vacate a qualified domestic relations order, and the plaintiff appealed to this court, which remanded the case for further proceedings; on remand, the court, Novack, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to vacate the domestic relations order and rendered judgment thereon, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Rosalie A. Griffith, pro se, the appellant (defendant).
