Petition for Allowance of Appeal No. 705 W.D. Alloc. Dkt. 1989, from the Order of the Superior Court entered October 10, 1989, at Nos. 1154 and 1212 Pittsburgh, 1988, and No. 196 Pittsburgh, 1989, 395 Pa. Super. 662, 570 A.2d 595, reversing in part and dismissing in part the Order entered July 15, 1988 of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Civil Division, at No. G.D. 82-20776.


ORDER


Petition for Allowance of Appeal is granted limited to petitioner's claim that the trial court failed to address all of the issues raised in his post-trial motions.

This case is remanded to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Civil Division at No. GD 82-20776 for disposition of plaintiff's remaining post-trial issues which were not addressed by the trial court.

Jurisdiction is relinquished.
