707 So. 2d 409 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1998)

Opinion

Case No. 95-05266.

Opinion filed March 18, 1998.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; M. William Graybill, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Joanna B. Conner, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Robert C. Nicholson challenges his conviction for robbery with a firearm and the revocation of his community control. Because the trial court failed to indicate the amount of credit for time served to which Nicholson was entitled, we remand for correction of his sentence. § 921.161(1), Fla. Stat. (1995);Nappier v. State, 354 So.2d 929 (Fla. 2d DCA 1978). Otherwise, we affirm the judgments and sentences imposed.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., BLUE and QUINCE, JJ., Concur.
