JUDGMENT


On February 28, 2000, the Court heard defendant Los Angeles County's and defendant San Bernardino County's motions for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. Upon full consideration of the moving, opposition, and reply papers, the relevant authorities, and the entire file herein, the court granted defendants' motions. The issues having been duly heard, and a decision having been duly rendered.

It is Ordered and Adjudged that the plaintiff take nothing and that the action be dismissed against defendants Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County, on the merits.
