On February 14, 2023, the parties submitted to the Court a proposed stipulated decision that contained a typographical error. Rather that enter the parties' decision, the Court will enter its own decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision filed February 14, 2023, shall be recharacterized as a Stipulation of Settled Issues. It is further

ORDERED AND DECIDED that there is a deficiency in income tax due from petitioners for the taxable year 2017 in the amount of $2,500.00; and that there is no penalty due from petitioners for the taxable year 2017, under the provisions of I.R.C. § 6662(a).
