ORDER


On February 1, 2001, plaintiff Rev. Dr. Michael Newdow filed a complaint pro se against the President of the United States for inviting prayer at his inauguration ceremony in violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. On February 14, defendant filed notice of related case CIV. S-00-0495 MLS PAN PS Rev. Dr. Michael A. Newdow v. U.S. Congress, et al. pursuant to Local Rule 83-123. Because the two cases involve neither the same parties, the same event, nor the same question of law they are not related within the meaning of Local Rule 83-123.
