In New York City Hous. Auth. v. Miller (60 A.D.2d 823, affg on opn of Justice [later Associate Justice of this court] Arnold L. Fein 89 Misc.2d 141), we held that the statute did not authorize the issuance of orders requiring the Housing Authority, an independent public corporation, to provide specific persons with immediate housing since such orders were not for "information, assistance [or] cooperation".
