Appeal by plaintiff, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 23, 1970, as, on reargument adhered to the original decision, and as said order was amended by the further order of said court, dated April 29, 1970. Order affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs (cf. Barrada v. Target Constr. Corp., 31 A.D.2d 810; Buckley v. St. Bernard's School, 28 A.D.2d 701, revg. 53 Misc.2d 1075). Christ, P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Munder and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
