Action to recover damages for breach of a lease agreement, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, Housing Session, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Leheny, J. granted the plaintiff's motion for an attachment on certain of the defendants' real property; subsequently, the matter was tried to the court; judgment for the plaintiff, in part, on the complaint and for the plaintiff on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
