The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 219 Conn. App. 110, 293 A.3d 915 (AC 44694), is granted, limited to the following issue:
"Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the second notice sent to the plaintiff on April 5, 2018, constituted a definite, certain, and unambiguous notice of cancellation that effectively cancelled the plaintiff's workers’ compensation policy under General Statutes § 31-348 ?"
