David NANNAN & Another v. Kafer NEVINS.


The portions of the judgment on the claims for breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment and for retaliation, and on the defendant's request for attorney's fees related to the G. L. c. 93A claim, are vacated. The judgment is otherwise affirmed. The matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
