Defendants in the above-captioned case, are hereby Ordered to produce copies of all correspondence, that have not already been produced, between defendants and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms ("BATF") that discuss, pertain to or refer to:

a) the trace database;

b) use of the trace data; and/or

c) Access 2000.

All such correspondence must be produced to plaintiff no later than Monday, April 14, 2003.
