ORDER

COURTNEY D. JONES, JUDGE

Pursuant to the Court's Order of April 7, 2021 (Doc. 31), the parties have jointly filed status reports every 60 days, providing the Court with the then-present status of the case and a related case at Docket No. 22848-17. These reports have indicated that the parties have agreed to resolve the cases in accordance with respondent's micro-captive resolution initiative (MCRI) (Docs. 35 - 42). On January 25, 2023, the parties reported that their work toward resolution under the MCRI continues and that they continue to work cooperatively toward that end. Specifically, they report that respondent recently requested additional information regarding Hanover Insurance and that petitioners are gathering the requested information.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of April 7, 2021, remains in effect and the parties shall continue to file status reports as directed therein.
