Murchison v. Community Counseling and Mediation

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Sep 23, 1997
686 N.E.2d 1358 (N.Y. 1997)

Opinion

Submitted July 14, 1997

Decided September 23, 1997

Reported below, 228 A.D.2d 657.

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed Supreme Court's order denying appellant's motion for leave to file an amended complaint, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
