DAVID MUGO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was recalled from the calendar in Dallas, Texas, on September 11, 2024, for hearing on a joint motion for continuance, filed July 29, 2024. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. No appearance by or on behalf of petitioner was made or necessary because the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision before the hearing.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion is moot. Because the documents filed as exhibits on September 10, 2024, serve no useful purpose, it is further

OREDERED that the exhibits are stricken without being viewable. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is retained by the undersigned pending processing of the above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision.
