DAMAGES, § 540wrongful cutting of trees. In action by plaintiff, owner of real estate, for damages for wrongful cutting of timber on such real estate, judgment for $1,550.58 would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Jackson county; the Hon. HAL A. SPANN, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1943.
