Action to recover damages for alleged vexatious litigation, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Koletsky, J., granted the motion filed by the defendant Victor Perpetua et al. to strike the second count of the complaint; thereafter, the court granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment, and rendered partial judgment for the defendant Victor Perpetua et al., from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
