The judgment of this court was reversed on June 20, 1986 by the Supreme Court of Alabama and the cause remanded to this court for further proceedings.

After further consideration and in accordance with the opinion of the supreme court, judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded for entry of judgment in accordance with the opinion of the Supreme Court of Alabama.

REVERSED AND REMANDED ON REMAND.
