The petition for certiorari is granted, the judgment of the Court of Appeals dismissing Case No. A22A1473 is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Collington v. Clayton County, et al., ___Ga. ___(Case No. S22G1146, decided January 17, 2024).
