I, Matthew Durrett, Prosecuting Attorney within and for the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Arkansas, of which Washington County is a part, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, on oath, accuse the Defendant, KRISTOPHER MICHAEL MORGAN, of the crime of: Count 1: Fail To Register As Sex Offender, a class C Felony, committed as follows: The said Defendant on or about April 28, 2022, in Washington County, Arkansas, unlawfully and feloniously:
Count 1: on or about April 28, 2022, in Washington County, Arkansas, the said defendant did unlawfully and knowingly fail to report a change of address, employment, education, or training as required under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997 as set forth in ACA §12-12 901 et. seq. Defendant failed to report a change of address and/or employment., in violation of ACA §12-12-904(a), to-wit: Defendant failed to register social media accounts and email addressess as required by the sex offender registration act, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.

It appearing upon Information that there are reasonable grounds for believing that KRISTOPHER MICHAEL MORGAN (DOB: 05-18-79, W/M) has committed the offense of:
COUNT 1: FAIL TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER, in violation of ACA §12-12-904(a), a C Felony;
in the County of Washington, State of Arkansas, you are commanded forthwith to arrest KRISTOPHER MICHAEL MORGAN and bring him before the Judge of this Court to answer said Information and to be dealt with according to the law.

MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
Comes now the State, by and through Matthew Durrett, Prosecuting Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District, and for its Motion for Discovery, does state:
1. That pursuant to Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure 18.1,18.2,18.3 and 19.2, and Tubbs vs. State, 19 Ark.App. 306, 720 S.W.2d 331 (1986), the State requests discovery and continuing discovery from the Defendant of the following items:
A. Any written papers, journals or logs Defendant intends to introduce at trial;
B. Any video, audio tapes and/or transcripts Defendant intends to introduce or use at trial;
C. Witness names, address and synopsis of testimony, including experts and their reports, verbal or written;
D. Defense, planned or proposed.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the State requests the above items without need of a Court Order directing same, or in the alternative, if the above is denied, a Court Order directing said disclosure.
