ADDENDUM


The Memorandum of Decision dated September 22, 1995 is hereby corrected by deleting the word "granted" in line eleven, page three, and inserting the words "denied without prejudice." The line shall now read: The court, O'Neill, J., denied without prejudice a temporary injunction.
