The State's brief was due on May 10, 2023. The State requested and was granted two extensions of time until July 26, 2023. When the Court granted the second extension, it said that no further extensions would be granted. On July 31, 2023, the State filed a third motion for extension.
Upon review, the Court grants the motion and orders the State's brief filed by August 14, 2023. No further extensions will be granted.
