FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGES, § 272right of grantee in master's deed to possession of mortgaged premises. Grantee in master's deed, executed as result of mortgage foreclosure sale and lack of redemption, held entitled to possession of mortgaged premises, as against occupant's contention, unsustained by evidence, that relationship of landlord and tenant existed between grantee and occupant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of St. Clair county; the Hon. MAURICE V. JOYCE, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1944.
