Defendant-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 2, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal of the appeal and enlarging the time to perfect said appeal to the September 2019 Term (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
