The order denying the plaintiffs' fourth motion for relief from judgment is affirmed with double costs (G.L.c. 211A, § 15) and counsel fees to the defendant Carlow (Mass.R.A.P. 25, as amended, 378 Mass. 925) in the amount of $750; execution for both amounts is to issue from the Superior Court Department.
