On January 20, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On April 12, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee.

The foregoing and the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal, entered January 20, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside.
