ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed September 15, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 10, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion to dismiss should not be granted and a decision entered against petitioner for the amounts and for the year set forth in respondent's motion. Petitioner is advised that should he fail to appear at the remote calendar call on October 10, 2023, or otherwise fail to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, the Court may be inclined to grant respondent's motion, dismiss this case, and enter a decision in accordance with that motion.
