On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F17-60748
ORDER
DENNISE GARCIA, JUSTICE.
The record does not include the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal from the order on appeal in this case, the October 20, 2022, Judgment Adjudicating Guilt for aggravated robbery. On November 14, 2023, this Court directed the Honorable Tina Clinton to sign the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. On November 20, 2023, the district clerk filed the trial court's June 14, 2018 certification of defendant's right of appeal from the June 14, 2018 Order of Deferred Adjudication. The June 14, 2018 certification does not meet the requirement of filing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal from the order on appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER the Honorable Tina Clinton to review the record and prepare and sign the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal that accurately reflects the trial court proceedings, including the October 20, 2022 Judgment Adjudicating Guilt.
We ORDER the trial court to transmit the certification to the District Clerk within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We ORDER the district clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tina Clinton, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 1, Dallas County; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
