SANDERS, C. J., dissents from the grant.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the court of appeal properly considered the appeal abandoned. Accordingly, he dissents from this decree reinstating this appeal. See Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules, Court of Appeal.

MARCUS, J., dissents from the grant, being of the opinion that the Court of Appeal correctly held that the appeal had been abandoned.
