ORDER

Giving due regard to the representations contained in the motion to withdraw as counsel, filed April 3, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Lane M. Gensburg is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that all documents or materials, if any, that have evidentiary value that are currently in the possession of Lane M. Gensburg must be returned by him to petitioner as soon as practical upon receipt of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court serve on petitioner at the address shown for petitioner in the Court's records: (1) a copy of this Order, (2) a copy of the Notice Setting Case for Trial previously served upon the parties on February 17, 2023, and (3) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order also previously served upon the parties on February 17, 2023.

The parties should not expect further continuances as a result of the foregoing. Petitioner is advised that he may contact the Court by email at dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov to request to be registered for electronic access (eAccess) in order to electronically file and view documents in this case.
