CLYDE MELTZER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 14, 2022, among other things, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned judge.

On July 31, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 126) informing the Court that "[r]espondent is still adjusting the transcripts identified in the previous reports. The extended period of this resolution is due in part to innocent spouse adjustments, related criminal holds, prior signed agreements and implications on additional years." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
