Appeal from a decision by the defendant terminating the plaintiff's employment as a tenured teacher, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, and tried to the court, Hendel, J., which found in favor of the defendant; thereafter, the court, Hurley, J., rendered judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
