ORDER
The motion to withdraw as counsel is GRANTED. Upon entry of this order the Clerk's Office shall update this Court's records for this file to show that appellee is currently not represented by counsel in this appeal.
Because an entity such as appellee must be represented by an attorney in making further filings in this appeal, Peters Production, Inc v Desnick Broadcasting Co, 171 Mich.App. 283, 287; 429 N.W.2d 654 (1988), an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan must file an appearance for appellee in this Court within 14 days after the date of this order for appellee to continue with this appeal. If such an appearance is not filed this appeal will be placed on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties. If counsel appears for appellee that counsel shall file appellee's docketing statement within 28 days after filing the appearance.
