At least one calendar year will have elapsed between the day the petition in this case was filed and June 10, 2024, the date of the San Francisco, California, calendar call.
To encourage communication and reduce the need for continuing this case, it is
ORDERED that on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report, or if a joint status report is not possible, then separate status reports, detailing the efforts of the parties at resolution of the case and the current status of the case.
Petitioners who currently file in paper form are encouraged to register for DAWSON (Docket Access Within a Secure Online Network), the U.S. Tax Court's electronic filing and case management system.
