Appeals, Nos. 104 and 106, Jan. T., 1966, from decree of Court of Common Pleas No. 10 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1965, No. 07281, in case of William J. McLaughlin, 3rd v. Maurice S. Osser, Chairman, City Commissioners, Thomas P. McHenry and Louis D. Menna, City Commissioners, et al. Decree affirmed.

Equity.

Injunction entered against defendants enjoining them from placing the names of certain candidates on voting ballots in three wards in the City of Philadelphia, defendants' preliminary objections dismissed and decree entered, order by McDEVITT, P. J., BARBIERI and SPAETH, JR., JJ. Defendants appealed.

Marvin Comisky, with him Goncer M. Krestal, and Blank, Rudenko, Klaus Rome, for appellants.

Edward R. Becker, with him Peter O. Clause, Ellis A. Horwitz and William A. Meehan, for appellee.


Decree affirmed, each party to pay own costs.

Mr. Justice MUSMANNO dissents.
