ROXZEDENA S. MCKEE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Birmingham, Alabama trial session, scheduled to begin October 15, 2024. On September 20, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report stating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and need additional time to file decision documents.

We also note that the Court received returned mail that was served on petitioner Roxzedena S. McKee on February 26, 2024. It appears that the Commissioner's status report includes a new address for Ms. McKee. We will update the Court's record accordingly.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. McKee's address of record in this case shall be updated to reflect the second address listed on the certificate of service attached to the Commissioner's status report filed September 20, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 7, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
